Load Balancer Simulator

Requests arrive as a Poisson stream, hit the balancer, and get dispatched to a pool of backends. Switch the algorithm and watch how queues, latency and drops change. Each backend serves a couple of requests at once; when they back up, the queue grows and latency climbs.
